Tweetytunes "Stand Guard" Battle WIP

Just a quick turntable of the whole guy - before I get to work on some more.

Ok made a start with the shield - and I could not help it but to have a dig at Mayaniac (HE HE)



After looking though them I thought I would go for the one with the Minotaur on it, but I liked the shield that told a story so looked for a better image for the main graphic. Striped it down to a black and white image and placed it in a centre and added some symbols around it to make the texture

I have also made the holders for the string and arm on the other side with out the string yet (do that once I know what the final pose will be.

Who know - he might at some point - but the challenage was set over at SM - He might not have been over her eyet.

Simple but effective - Basic looking helmet but as I said wanted a normal solider helmet - will add more detail in the bump map.

Gave in and made a hand. Was going to give this guy some gloves but looking at some different armers the gloves would not match. This has to be the hardest part so far - Its taken hours and still not 100% happy with it. Also had to tweak the arm alittle.

Oh well, getting there....

Moving on to the shoes - Think I`m going to need to make some feet - dam it - oh well at least the skeleton will be whole after that.

Here is some ref - but I think I`m going for the black sandle type thing in the upper middle

Well yes had to make some feet.

The shoes look a little funny as I wanted to give the impression that they warped as the flesh disappeared from the bone.
